Healthy Papaya Salad Sandwich

I was shopping in the farmers market last Sunday when I saw a lot of grated raw papaya for sale. I was tempted to buy and then I made my own version of green papaya salad. It was very delicious that I have filled this papaya salad in my self baked whole wheat bread. You can check the papaya salad recipe in this link.

Wheat bread papaya sandwich

INGREDIENTS : 1 Person

2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 tomato, sliced
Butter for spreading
2 tablespoons of green papaya salad

HOW TO:

1. Just spread the butter on the lower part of the bread.
2. Put the slices of tomatoes on the buttered bread.
3. Add the papaya salad on the top.
4.Then covered it with the remaining whole wheat bread slice.

GUTEN APPETIT!!!! BON APPETIT!!!!
